Although King lacked substantial support from the team's top and middle-order batsmen, skipper Rovman Powell's rapid-fire 50 off 28 deliveries alleviated some pressure, ensuring a competitive innings. Powell's aggressive knock, embellished with three fours and five sixes, buoyed the team's momentum.

England, despite a promising start, stumbled as Akeal Hosein dismissed skipper Jos Buttler early. While Will Jacks and Phil Salt contributed 46 runs for the second wicket, England struggled after their dismissals. Despite Sam Curran's valiant 50 off 32 balls and a late cameo by Moeen Ali, England fell short, managing only 166/7 in their allotted 20 overs.

With the Men in Maroon asserting dominance, leading the series 2-0, the stage is set for a compelling showdown in the upcoming games.
