As India gears up for the 75th Republic Day celebrations on January 26, 2024, the nation anticipates a spectacular parade featuring President Droupadi Murmu and distinguished chief guest, President Emmanuel Macron of France. The Kartavaya Path in New Delhi will be the focal point, showcasing India's military prowess and cultural diversity.

For those eager to catch the live telecast, the parade is set to commence at 10:30 am, following the flag hoisting at 8 am. Viewers can tune in to state-run channels, Doordarshan and Sansad TV, or stream it online through Doordarshan's YouTube channel or the Press Bureau of India (PBI) website.

This year's parade theme, 'Viksit Bharat' and 'Bharat – Loktantra ki Matruka,' underlines India's commitment to nurturing democracy. The festivities will unfold along the Kartavya Path, passing through iconic locations like Vijay Chowk, C-Hexagon, and Red Fort.

To secure tickets online, visit the Ministry of Defence's official website at aamantran.mod.gov.in. After registration and OTP verification, select the Republic Day Parade event, provide attendee details, and choose the ticket category and quantity. Transactions can be completed using various methods, including wallets, debit/credit cards, online banking, or UPI.
