New York Strikers scripted a historic moment in the Abu Dhabi T10 League by decimating the celebrated batting order of Delhi Bulls, resulting in the league's lowest-ever score of 31 runs. This colossal collapse came on the heels of the Bulls' recent defeat against the Morrisville Samp Army, painting a grim picture for the team's campaign.

The match, played at the Sheikh Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi on Monday, December 4, showcased Akeal Hosein's brilliance. The Strikers' bowler ravaged the Bulls' lineup, dismissing key players like Quinton de Kock, Rilee Rossouw, and Dwayne Bravo, registering exceptional figures of 3/7. Hosein's display of skill and precision became the cornerstone of the Strikers' dominance.

From the outset, Hosein demonstrated his prowess by dismissing Johnson Charles in the opening over and swiftly removing James Vince on the next ball, leaving the Bulls staggering at 1/2. Mohammad Amir's subsequent over added to the Bulls' miseries, claiming the crucial wicket of Rossouw, further deepening their collapse.

Chamika Karunaratne capitalized on the situation, clearing up the remaining Bulls' lineup and clinching all three pivotal wickets. Surprisingly, the Strikers, despite posting a modest 98 runs, emerged victorious by a substantial 67-run margin, showcasing the tournament's unpredictability.

Rahmanullah Gurbaz's undefeated 50 off 24 balls bolstered the Strikers' innings, enabling them to reach a defendable total. The Bulls, on the other hand, faced their second consecutive defeat, while the Strikers soared to the top of the table with an impressive net run rate, securing their place as the team to beat in the tournament.
