A joint operation by STF Kolkata Police and STF Bihar Police uncovered an illegal firearms manufacturing unit in Gopalpur, Odisha. Three suspects were apprehended, and various firearms and machinery were seized. The discovery highlights the use of iron bars as crucial raw materials in producing illegal firearms.

In the heart of Gopalpur, Odisha, law enforcement agencies conducted a covert operation that led to the revelation of an underground illegal firearms manufacturing unit. This discovery unfolded through a collaborative effort between the STF Kolkata Police and STF Bihar Police, showcasing the strength of coordinated law enforcement initiatives.

During this operation, authorities successfully unearthed a clandestine setup dedicated to producing improvised firearms. The discovery sent shockwaves through the region, shedding light on the clandestine activities occurring within the village. Officials, speaking on condition of anonymity, detailed the intricate setup found within the premises.

The joint task force managed to apprehend three individuals allegedly linked to this illicit operation.
