A Thar was one of the gifts that Sarfaraz Khan's father, Naushad, received from Anand Mahindra, the owner of the Mahindra Group.

Mahindra Thar- Anand Mahindra

Anand Mahindra fulfilled his commitment. After Sarfaraz's first Test match, Mahindra promised Naushad a Thar. Naushad's sacrifices were vital for Sarfaraz to be able to achieve his dream of playing at the top level for India. Industrialist Anand Mahindra made the decision to provide Sarfaraz with a Mahindra Thar as a debut gift. Mahindra pledged to provide Sarfaraz's father a Thar following the release of a video by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI). Sarfaraz was deeply moved by the tale his father had told him.

One of the most amazing moments of Sarfaraz's debut was when he became the fastest batter to score fifty runs in his first innings for India. In his first test match, he batted twice and amassed fifty runs.

Sarfaraz, a heavyweight for Mumbai at home, scored three half-centuries and defeated England in three tests. The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) awarded Sarfaraz his first central contract after India won the series 4-1.

Sarfaraz recently disclosed that he was pressured by his father Naushad to fight in local competitions as though he were representing his country. This was the case even though he was still a long way off from getting picked for the Indian team and had been scoring runs on the national circuit at a high pace.

Furthermore, Sarfaraz announced that his supporters on social media have been uniting in support of him. He also announced the news of a considerable increase in followers on his Instagram account.

My Instagram following has increased to 1.5 million since I made my Test debut. The number of Instagram followers has varied between 600,000 and 700,000 during the past four years. There are about 1.5 million persons who say they have played for India. According to Sarfaraz, this is simply amazing.
