The rift deepened as Maldivian ministers targeted Modi, with Deputy Minister Mariyam Shiuna's now-deleted comment disparaging the Indian Prime Minister. However, Indian luminaries like Aakash, Akshay Kumar, and John Abraham rallied against the boycott.
